Experienced SEND Teach Assistant 

The Governors of Vane Road Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to join this popular and successful primary school.  The post is to provide support for a child with additional needs who has additional funding.  This would be mornings only and the post is  dependent on the child remaining at our school and/or retaining their additional funding. The pupil is currently in Reception.

Monday 8:15 - 12:15 = 4 hours

Tuesday 8:15 - 12:15 = 4 hours

Wednesday 8:15 - 12:15 = 4 hours

Thursday 8:15 - 12:15 = 4 hours

Friday 8:15 - 12:15 = 4 hours

We require A SEND Teaching Assistant who is able to provide exciting and stimulating learning opportunities and to support children throughout all aspects of school life.  Applicants must be committed to further enhancing the very high standards which already exist in the school. 

The successful candidate will also be expected to make a valuable contribution to whole school development and to enriching the experiences of our pupils.

 

Essential Qualifications: NVQ 3 or equivalent

The Governing Body is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory DBS check and checks under Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2018.
